Cancellation:
Once you place your order, your package will be ready to ship very quickly. We don’t accept any form on cancellations.
Refunds:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. You may request an exchange to your original mean of payment if you received the wrong product or a defective product within 7 days of purchasing your order. All goods sold are not refundable, due to the hygienic and safety reasons.
Any claims made after 7 days will not be compensated. If your parcel was lost during the shipment, please notify us ASAP so we can start an investigation of your case with shipping agent. If your parcel cannot be located at the end of the investigation, you may request a refund OR a replacement free of charge and sent with free shipping.
If you don't notify us within 7 days regarding the lost parcel, we will not be able to compensate for your lost parcel.
Returns:
Earrings are considered as a personal hygiene accessories. Therefore we cannot accept any return of products after you accepted the delivery.
If you received the wrong product, we will offer a replacement, and the product need to ship back to us before any exchange can be carried out .
If you wish to return the product for personal reasons, unfortunately we cannot accept it. It's highly advisable to take a moment to review the product specifications before placing your order.
